Spring Activities in New England

As the warm weather slowly approaches everyone wants to get outside and soak up the sun, there’s so much to do with so little time.

The great thing about New England is that there are so many activities to do within a short driving distance. Because the warm weather only last a short time in New England throughout the spring, you want to embrace the weather as much as you can.Here are five fun outdoor activities throughout New England!

1.) Visit 132 acres of green garden paradise. The Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston is a fun place to relax or have a picnic. Sections include a variety of 350 tree and shrubs. Enjoy the flowers and greenery while soaking up the sun. Located: 11 French Dr., Boylston, MA 01505

2.) Take an unusual adventure through the streets of Boston by taking a Segway tour. This tour takes you through the city’s sights. 3.) Heading up to North Conway, New Hampshire, visit Cranmore Mountain Resort. Ride the Mountain coaster!  It’s a coaster you ride but you control the speed allowing you to go up to 25 mph. taking you through the twisty turns of the woods. Located: 1 Skimobile Road North Conway, New Hampshire


4.) What better way to spend your time outside then walking on the tree tops? Take the amazing adventure of zip lining through the White Mountain. Alpine Adventures in New Hampshire has the longest zip lining tour in New England. Enjoy soaring through the fresh air over the tree tops with outstanding views! 5.)  There is so much to do with 6,000 miles of sandy beaches throughout New England. Who doesn’t love to go to the beach in the summer! Enjoy the refreshing Atlantic Ocean. Visit the great region of York Maine with many of their beaches and Nubble Light House. In Massachusetts Crane beach located in Ipswich has a   famous fried clam restaurants nearby. Enjoy Hampton Beach in New Hampshire with a boardwalk including shop and restaurants all in walking distance of the beach.  In Rhode Island visit Black island with 17 miles of public beach and beautiful cliffs. Enjoy all the beautiful beaches of New England!
