Do you stay up past 10:30 on school nights?

Staying up late is a problem high school  students have. Waking up early the next morning  and going to bed late is  a real struggle

So do most kids in high school stay up later than 10:30  on school nights? Personally I do think majority of kids do stay up later than eleven. Between having to go to school for 6 hours then extracurricular activities, eating , showering and doing  homework and studying, it  is a lot to fit into one day before 10:30 . Many students have to stay up late to finish homework and studying. Some students just want time to themselves to catch up on tv shows or even just relax after a long day.

After getting the results back, what I predicted was correct. The results showed that more students stay up later than 10:30 on school nights. Less kids go to bed before 10:30.  Results proved that 57% of students and teachers go to bed after 10:30 on school nights.  Only 20% of students and teachers do not stay up past 10:30 on school nights.  Depending on the night and what students and teachers have going on 20% said some times. Coming in at  only 3% was the other category.

My results ended up being correct. I talked to some students who stay up past 10:30 on school nights. The reason for going to bed so late is because sports after school usually go until five at nights.  Some students after sports still have to work, eat dinner, and do homework. Homework seems to be the number one thing keeping students up past 10:30.  I also talked to some students who go to bed before 10:30 and they said they do not do extra curricular activities and usually go home right after and do homework in order to go to bed before 10:30 and they still have the rest of the day to do stuff.
